The Gaertner The real draw behind Jeff as First B’s Pastor of Student Ministries is his beautiful wife Heidi and his fabulous children, Landrey Joy and Dawson Tate. Jeff’s alright but his family… oh snap! Jeff & Heidi have been married since December 30, 1995 and are in the ministry together – understanding that raising children & caring for one another is God-ordained, biblical ministry! Jeff has been working in student ministry for over 16 years in churches, schools & through sports. Relationships, discipleship and leadership development are hallmarks of Jeff’s ministry at First B. The Gaertner’s have been blessed to be a part of the First B family since September 2007 and are eager to watch God grow them & First B’s ministry to students. Jeff oversees First B Student Ministries and the Dream Team and is actively involved in worship through song, preaching & discipleship.
